Each individual may hold only one kklion account. Duplicate accounts are detected during KYC and payment processing and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. Pakistani players across Karachi, Lahore, and all cities are subject to this rule equally.
kklion processes deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
All promotional bonuses credited to a kklion account are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spins are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been fully met.
Registration is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years or older. kklion performs identity verification on all accounts. Accounts confirmed as belonging to underage individuals are permanently closed and all associated balances are forfeited without exception.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kklion ("kklion", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kklion online gaming platform available at kklion.im, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered thereon.
By accessing the kklion website, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with kklion's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the kklion platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for a kklion account and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable. Any person found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification.
The kklion platform is operated as an internationally licensed online gaming service. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using kklion is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. kklion does not represent or warrant that the platform is legal in your specific location. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing kklion in a jurisdiction where such access is not prohibited by applicable law.
To create a kklion account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC or passport, a valid email address, a Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and your residential address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active kklion account at any time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be identified through KYC verification, payment processor data matching, and IP/device monitoring. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances within them may be forfeited.
Note for Pakistani Players: kklion accepts players from all regions of Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities and territories, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kklion login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. kklion will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your kklion account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified kklion of a security breach in writing without undue delay.
kklion reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; (b) the information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete; (c) prohibited activities are detected; (d) KYC verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to kklion. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
An account is considered dormant after a continuous period of twelve (12) months without any login activity. kklion reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero, the account may be permanently closed.
kklion operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. All kklion accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed or accounts are fully activated for real-money play.
kklion may require the following documents as part of the KYC process:
kklion will endeavour to complete KYC verification within three (3) business days of receipt of all required documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. kklion is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period and are displayed within the kklion account cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. kklion reserves the right to amend deposit limits without prior notice.
You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made via a third-party payment method may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. kklion does not accept deposits made in cash or via money order.
kklion operates a PKR-denominated wallet. All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are expressed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise explicitly stated. Where USDT TRC20 deposits are made, the equivalent PKR value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit will be credited to the player's account.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the kklion account holder. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed. kklion reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal request.
kklion targets the following indicative processing timelines for withdrawal requests: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals — within 5 to 30 minutes of approval for verified accounts; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — within 1 to 3 business days; USDT TRC20 withdrawals — within 1 to 6 hours of approval. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. kklion is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking systems, or network congestion.
Funds credited as a bonus, free spin winnings, or promotional reward are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus-derived funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal. Only the cash balance portion of your kklion wallet — distinct from bonus balance — is freely withdrawable subject to KYC completion.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed within the kklion account cashier. kklion reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments and to request enhanced due diligence for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
From time to time, kklion offers promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback awards, and other incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonus funds credited to a kklion account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unwagered bonus funds will expire upon the conclusion of the validity period.
kklion employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; systematically placing low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine exposure; and coordinating bonus exploitation across multiple player accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, kklion reserves the right to void all bonus funds, cancel any winnings derived from those funds, and close the account without notice.
kklion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to technical errors, suspected abuse, or changes in regulatory requirements. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already begun meeting the wagering requirements, any wagering already completed will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
All bets placed on kklion are subject to the sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. kklion reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference number from kklion.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed within the kklion betting interface. Maximum payout limits also apply per event and per market. kklion reserves the right to apply individual stake and payout limits to specific accounts where betting patterns indicate professional or syndicate activity.
kklion reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: (a) the bet was placed after the event had already started and was not explicitly offered as an in-play market; (b) the event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and cannot be rescheduled within the period specified in the applicable sport rules; (c) the odds at which the bet was placed were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error; (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms or the applicable sport rules.
Cricket betting on kklion covers PSL fixtures, international Test matches, ODIs, T20Is, ICC tournaments, and other qualifying competitions. Cricket-specific rules, including rules governing rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications, delayed starts, and player availability, are set out in the kklion cricket betting rules available within the platform. Pakistani players are reminded that PSL betting markets may be subject to specific liquidity and availability considerations.
In-play betting markets are available on selected events as displayed on the kklion platform. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time without notice. kklion accepts no liability for the availability of in-play markets on any particular event. Decisions made by kklion's trading team regarding in-play market availability and odds are final.
All casino games and slot titles available on kklion — including but not limited to Monster Mine, Fortune Dragon, live casino table games, and third-party slot titles — utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing equipment. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. kklion does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account. kklion is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions that are beyond its reasonable control, including issues arising from the player's internet connection, device, or network provider.
Theoretical Return to Player percentages are available for all slot titles within the kklion platform. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. Past game results have no bearing on future game outcomes.
Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the individual game as presented by the live dealer. Live casino game decisions made by the dealer are final and cannot be reversed. Players participating in live casino games agree to conduct themselves respectfully towards dealers and other players at all times. All content on the kklion platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, software, trademarks, and the kklion brand identity — is the intellectual property of kklion or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kklion platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the kklion platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the platform; use kklion's trademarks or brand assets without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any kklion content.
Any unauthorised use of kklion's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal claims for damages and injunctive relief.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kklion's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the kklion platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your kklion account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kklion shall not be liable for any: (a) loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or corruption of data; (c) loss or damage arising from your reliance on the accuracy of any information displayed on the kklion platform; (d) indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind; or (e) losses arising from events outside kklion's reasonable control, including force majeure events, internet outages, or actions of third-party payment processors.
Note: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kklion's liability for death or personal injury caused by kklion's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
kklion collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering for a kklion account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
kklion will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary for the operation of the platform — including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and gaming software providers — and where required by law or regulatory authority.
You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of your personal data held by kklion. Requests should be directed to the kklion support team via live chat within your account dashboard.
kklion reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, kklion will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the kklion platform prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the kklion platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting the support team, at which point any remaining PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to completed KYC verification.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kklion holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the kklion platform shall first be referred to kklion's customer support team for resolution via the live chat facility available within your account dashboard.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being referred to customer support, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures specified by kklion's licensing authority. You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective proceeding, or representative action.
